About the Business
Soak opened it's fun new shop in Hastings' historic & picturesque Old Town in Spring 2010. We sell bathroom goodies including toiletries, bath bombs, soaps, candles, toys, pampering gear, gifts, greetings cards and our favourites - rubber ducks. We try to stock as many local, organic and natural products as possible, and love finding passionate local suppliers. We're lucky to have found a great set of talented local makers of soap, toiletries, candles and other products. We also stock products that we like by other producers from around the world. We believe we have great suppliers and we only stock items that we actually like.
We're a small company - the only employees are owner Tony, and mum Carole. So if you call you're likely to speak to one of us. Occasionally friends pop in to hold the fort for a while, but it's essentially just us. So bear with us if we're busy if you phone us. We'll deal with all orders and queries as quickly as we can, or we'll let you know if there's a problem.
