About the Business
Crafty So and So came about when proprietor Julie Harron decided to combine her love of working with children and young people with her passion for crafting and making things.
Julie holds an Early Years Practice level 4 qualification, CACHE Diploma level 3 in Childcare & Education, Part-time Youth Work level 3, and a Certificate in Facilitation Skills level 2. I have been working with children since I finished school at the age of 16. I have had experience in an array of posts including Nursery Supervisor, After School Co-ordinator, Pupil Support Worker not to mention the invaluable experiences gained in volunteering in a number of fields such as Bible Club Camps and Scouts. I am also proud to add to this list of experiences my role as a Mummy, which I love! I have always enjoyed working with people and have always loved creating things so am very excited to be able to bring the two together.
